Shipping

All orders are processed within 12-24 hours after we receive your order, and a confirmation email is sent to you.
If we are able to ship your order on the same day, we will send the confirmation email accordingly.
Shipping is handled by a third-party shipment agency; therefore, we do not have direct control over delivery times, and your order may be delayed beyond the estimated timeframe mentioned in the confirmation email.

Returns & Replacements

As our products are perishable, we do not accept returns. However, if your item is damaged upon arrival or is not as per your order, we will gladly replace it at no extra cost.
To request a replacement or discuss refund possibilities, please contact us at bites.ittusa@gmail.com with clear photos of the item and your purchase receipt. Please include a timestamp in the photos for verification.
Once we evaluate your request, we will respond and, if applicable, process the replacement within our standard shipping timeframe and cost.

Refunds (if applicable)

We will send you an email once your refund request has been reviewed, informing you whether it has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will be issued automatically to your original method of payment.
